Ethical problems occur when the staff member faces a hard situation, in which a decision has to be made, although where there is no dilemma for the person deciding that is, it is clear which will course of action to consider. And Ethical dilemma happen when the junior worker confronts a decision-making situation concerning a difficult choice between two alternatives and it is not clear which choice would be the right one....
