On the other hand over the years multiple experiments that have been carried out have been ethically incorrect and have ended in the prospects of the tests left emotionally and actually damaged, and some even leading to death, like dying the Nazis tests when sufferers suffered all types of horrific ulceration (Cohen, 2010). Following this emerged the Nuremburg code where ‘ten points' were made to define fresh ethical specifications that analysts had to adhere to for a morally right try things out to take place (Annas, 1992). The Sixth stage is that the participant's life is even more valuable than getting results on the test so usually put them first. The seventh point is always to organise and plan the experiment correctly so that it works smoothly without problems and doesn't result in death or Problems for the participator. Number 8-10 is only experts in that part of experimentation should be allowed to perform the trials as they regard the only competent to do so. Amount nine with the Nuremburg code is the moment and if the participant really wants to leave or end the experiment because they feel it is mentally or perhaps physically affecting them they can do so. And the final point is that in the event the experiment really does become hazardous and risk the life of individuals it should be stopped immediately therefore not to impact the participants in anyway (Freyhofer, 2005).
